With a Master of Science in Applied Nutrition and Dietetics from Logan University and a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics from Arizona State University, I have dedicated my career to helping individuals become advocates for their health. Over the past decade, I have worked with diverse populations, from elite athletes and Olympians to professionals and individuals seeking to optimize their health. As the Director of Nutrition and Owner of Kekoa Health, I provide tailored nutrition strategies to enhance performance, improve body composition, and support overall wellness. My experience spans advanced lab analysis, gut health, sports nutrition, and integrative health practices, enabling me to address a wide range of client needs effectively.
