Hi, I have a BS Human Nutrition Dietetics and an MPH focusing in nutrition/sports/behavior change.

I have been a contract Dietitian working in acute, community, wellness, rehab, cancer, etc. traveling around the U.S.

My sons are both active and successful young men.  The three of us enjoy hiking, camping, fishing, and participate in outdoor adventures yearly.  We enjoy cooking together whether it is fish we have caught or making our own desserts for devised celebrations.
