Hi there! I’m a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) passionate about helping you feel your best through sustainable nutrition. I earned my Bachelor of Science in Nutrition from UANL and my Master of Science in Dietetics from UTRGV. With years of clinical and telehealth experience, I bring both evidence-based knowledge and real-world flexibility to our work together.
My approach is all about meeting you where you are. I believe in creating realistic, personalized strategies that support your goals without rigid rules or restrictions. Whether you're looking to build healthy habits, manage a condition, or simply feel more confident in your choices, I'm here to guide you with encouragement and practical tools.
Outside of work, I love spending time with my family and caring for my four bunnies they keep me on my toes! I also enjoy strength training, cooking creative meals, and traveling whenever I can.
