I’ve been told I bring love into my client group sessions—and I wouldn’t have it any other way. As an inclusive and supportive practitioner, I recognize that everyone is unique, with their own health goals, challenges, and experiences. That’s why your nutrition plan is never one-size-fits-all; it’s built around you.
I take the time to understand my clients’ lifestyles, both past and present. Through meaningful conversations, I gain insight into what truly works for you—not just on paper, but in real life.
I love incorporating hands-on, practical tips into our sessions, from different ways to cut and store a bell pepper to organizing your kitchen for easier home cooking. Meal planning and prepping have been game-changers for my clients, helping them meet health goals, manage medical conditions, and even stick to a budget without sacrificing nourishment.
I’ve been a Registered Dietitian since 2013 and earned my Master’s in Medical Nutrition in late 2022. Virtual sessions have been part of my practice from the very start, allowing me to connect deeply with clients no matter where they are.
Outside of work, I’m a mom to two amazing teens and a Shih Tzu named Luna Star. Whether we meet virtually or in person, you’ll probably get to see Luna—she’s my little partner in making people feel at ease.
I grew up in a home where cooking from scratch was the norm. Some of my favorite childhood memories involve the smell of freshly baked cookies after school, family dinners filled with conversation, and a shared love of good food. Those values of connection and nourishment around the table still shape how I approach nutrition today.
My goal is to help you feel just as comfortable with food and mealtimes—celebrating traditions, enjoying good company, and making meals something to look forward to.
