Hi! I'm a registered dietitian with two decades of experience helping people throughout all stages of life. I specialize in supporting individuals with metabolic disorders such as pre-diabetes, diabetes, PCOS, thyroid disease and hyperlipidemia. I also have experience with GI related disorders such as gastroparesis, IBS, and celiac disease. My primary goal is to help individuals overcome their health obstacles and provide them with the tools and knowledge to take control of their health and become their own health advocate.
