I received my Bachelor's of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics in 1999 from Florida State University. I'm a Registered Dietitian with more than 20 years of experience working with children and adults.
Today my practice's approach is to assess nutritional status and mange care for patients with chronic illness with a deep understanding of functional nutrition to identify the underlying root cause.
I'm passionate about food as medicine intervention to prevent, manage and treat illness. I dive deep into my clients history and lab results to provide the best possible guidance and nutritional plan.
