I am a certified Registered Dietitian with a holistic approach to health, believing in Health at Every Size (HAES) and supporting overall mental and physical well-being. I hold bachelor’s degrees in Human Nutrition and Dietetics, as well as a master’s degree in Nutritional Science. While I am passionate about topics like eating disorders and diabetes management, my work is centered on helping individuals build a positive relationship with food and their bodies in a way that aligns with their unique needs and lifestyles.
Before pursuing my career in nutrition, I spent over eight years at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, where I gained invaluable experience in management, leadership, communication, and education. However, I realized that my true calling was in food, nutrition, and mental health, leading me to align my values with helping others in these areas.
Beyond my work, I love animals of all kinds, traveling, exploring new places, and spending time outdoors in nature. I’m also a huge basketball fan- I enjoy both playing and watching the sport at all levels. I was fortunate enough to work with The Phoenix Suns and The Phoenix Mercury in their nutrition and culinary department, where I helped build meal plans and menus, and cooked for players and staff.
My goal is to empower individuals with the knowledge, tools, and support they need to achieve sustainable well-being in a way that fits their unique lifestyles.
