Hi beautiful! My name is Jennifer Campestrini, MS, RDN, LDN. I am a dietitian dedicated to helping women navigate their relationship with food through a compassionate, faith-based lens. I obtained my Bachelor’s degree in Dietetics from Florida International University, my Master’s degree from the University of Florida, and subsequently specialized training in eating disorders and disordered eating.
My journey into the field of nutrition began from my own experiences with eating disorders and body image issues during my adolescence and early adulthood. I struggled with this for over 12 years of my life. These struggles ignited my passion for helping others find healing and freedom from food-related issues. I always used to say I never wanted anyone to go through what I had been through. But if they were going through it, I would help them out of it.
I believe that everyone is fearfully and wonderfully made and deserves to feel at peace with food and their bodies. My approach combines evidence-based dietary practices with a deep-rooted understanding of the Christian faith, recognizing that true healing often requires addressing both physical and emotional needs.
In my private practice, I strive to provide a safe, warm, and welcoming environment where you can explore the complexities of your eating habits and beliefs. I use strategies rooted in Intuitive Eating, HAES, and dismantling harmful thought and behavior patterns that affect your nutrition. My faith-based approach encourages you to seek guidance through prayer, Scripture, and spiritual reflection, creating a supportive framework for recovery and growth.
I work with a diverse range of clients, including those struggling with anorexia, bulimia, binge eating disorder, and general disordered eating patterns. Each client’s journey is unique, so I make sure to tailors my nutrition counseling to meet each individual’s needs. I also collaborate closely with mental health professionals when needed, facilitating a comprehensive support system that addresses the many facets of disordered eating.
Beyond my professional work, I love sharing my insights on nutrition and faith through my social media channels.
Outside of the practice, I am an active member of my church community, regularly volunteering and participating in various outreach programs. I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, making music, trying new foods, and traveling.
If you’re ready to take the first step toward healing your relationship with food and embracing a healthier, faith-filled life, I am here to support you on your journey. Together, we will discover the freedom that comes from understanding your nutrition while nurturing your spirit.
