Jennifer Hall, RD

Jennifer Hall's interest in nutrition started by having concerns for an overweight family member with excessive abdominal fat who use to tease her about being skinny.  It was in her teenage years that she started teasing that family member by saying "I am going to scholl to learn how to put you on a diet."  It was many years later that Jennifer enrolled in an accredited school of higher learning to study the science of nutrition and become a Registered Dietitian (RD).

Jennifer earned a BS (1985) and MS (1987) in Nutrition, from Incarnate Word College, San Antonio, Texas, currently known as University of Incarnate Word.  In 1992, she successfully passed the examination for Registered Dietitians.

Jennifer is a Registered Dietitian, Licensed in the states of Arkansas, Maryland and Washington DC.

Later in Jennifer's career as a Registered Dietitian, she became interested in diabetes education.  While working in a diabetes education clinic, Jennifer earned the required (1000) hours to take the examination to become a Certified Diabetes Educator (CDE)-currently titled as Certified Diabetes Care Education Specialist (CDCES).  She passed the CDCES examination in 2006.

Jennifer Hall has a passion for diabetes education and is the Founder, Owner and CEO of her home-based business, DANS-Diabetes and Nutrition Services, LLC, located in Little Rock, Arkansas.

It is through DANS that Jennifer uses a "virtual" platform to empower her clients to self-manage diabetes and other nutrition related medical conditions, through effective nutrition counseling and diabetes education.
