I am a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and Board Certified Specialist in Sports Dietetics (CSSD) with over a decade of diverse experience, including service as a U.S. Army officer and clinician. My professional journey has taken me through eating disorders, sports nutrition, oncology, wound healing, and complex GI care—but one of my strongest callings is pediatrics.
As a mother of children with special needs, I live the realities of feeding challenges and dysphagia every day. This dual perspective—as a provider and a parent—gives me a unique lens of empathy, patience, and creativity when working with families. I understand how stressful mealtimes can feel, and I bring both evidence-based expertise and real-world compassion to support parents and kids alike.
My approach is trauma-informed, rooted in Health at Every Size (HAES), and LGBTQIA+ affirming. I believe every client deserves individualized, judgment-free care. Whether you are navigating feeding therapy, recovering from an eating disorder, managing oncology or GI concerns, or fueling for sports performance, my goal is to create a safe, supportive space where you feel understood and empowered.
Outside of work, I am a mom of four, a lifelong learner, and an advocate for families balancing complex health needs. My drive comes from both personal and professional experience—I know what it means to fight for care, and I am committed to walking alongside you with compassion and clarity.
"I’m a trauma-informed RD and CSSD with a unique background in military service, blending evidence-based care with compassion. I specialize in eating disorders, sports nutrition, pediatrics, oncology, wound healing, and complex GI cases. Rooted in HAES and LGBTQIA+ affirming care, I empower clients of all backgrounds to heal, fuel, and thrive."
