Jessica Ashton, RD

Hi! My name is Jessica Ashton and my focus is on helping people feel energized, confident and happy! If you are feeling overwhelmed or embarrassed about your health habits, I am here to meet you wherever you’re at and to make you feel at ease as we work to build your confidence with food. I believe it is essential to help my clients develop a good relationship with food that is free of guilt or shame. And I won’t tell you to cut out any of your favorite foods - because that’s not something I’m willing to do either!

I completed my Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees at Brigham Young University, with much of my work and graduate research focused on weight management. After working as a health coach for a year, I got my RD credential and have been working as a dietitian for 3.5 years!

I love working with athletes of all levels, active adults, and anyone that is looking to make improvements to their mood, energy levels and overall health. Even though I am the nutrition expert, YOU are the expert on your body! I will listen to you and we will work as a team to achieve your goals!
