I’m a functional dietitian and personal trainer who helps women take control of their health—whether it’s balancing hormones, managing PCOS or thyroid issues, healing their relationship with food, or finally seeing progress with weight loss.
My own health journey led me here. I struggled with thyroid issues and an undiagnosed PCOS case for years before I finally got to the root cause. Along the way, I had to heal my own relationship with food, which is why I take a deep, personalized approach with my clients. We’re not just looking at what you eat—we’re looking at why you feel stuck and what’s really going on in your body.
I use lab work, functional testing, and a mix of nutrition, fitness, and mindset work to help you get real, lasting results. If it feels like you’re doing everything “right” but still not seeing progress, I’ve got you. Together, we’ll play detective, uncover what’s holding you back, and create a plan that actually works for you. As a personal trainer, I also create customized fitness plans to complement your nutrition goals.
