Jessica Villalvir, RD

Hi There! I am Jessica Villalvir (she/her), your future Dietitian! I am so excited you are here and want to share a little about myself with you. 

I am a career changer, business owner, wife to a USMC vet, mother of 2 boys, dog mama, and Latina! I have many different roles in my life, like I am sure you do too! You can catch me cooking, baking, and performing concerts in my living room in my free time. My passion and personal goal in life is to help people live their most happy and healthy life. And, one’s relationship with food and self is SO vital to that success. 

While working with me, you can expect a weight inclusive, safe, judgement free, and validating experience. After our sessions, you will leave feeling heard and empowered. I have my Masters of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics and BA in Psychology. I am also a Registered Dietitian. I decided the Nutrition and Wellness path was for me after seeing lifelong struggles with one’s relationship with food, self, and body image. Why should we spend our lives hating ourselves and our bodies? I want to help EVERYONE lift their self-concept! 

I work with all ages, gender identities, races, cultures, religions, and specialties. We will NOT focus on the number on the scale but health behaviors to improve your health and meet your goals.
