Jessie Hoffman, PhD, RD, is an expert with 10+ years of experience in the fields of nutrition and gut health. She fell in love with the field of nutrition after learning how to navigate her own gut issues and her relationship with food. Now, she strives to support every client to gain the confidence and skills to navigate their nutrition concerns and goals independently in their day to day lives. Jessie truly believes that nutrition is never one-size fits all. When you work with Jessie, you can expect to work together as a team to develop an individualized approach that helps you accomplish your goals and supports you feeding yourself in alignment with you values. In her free time, you’ll often find Jessie in the corner of her favorite coffee shop, cycling, hiking with her family (four-legged members included), or hopping on a plane to explore a new country.
