Get to Know Me
I am a registered dietitian, food enthusiast, and proud twin mom! My love for food began in college, where I honed my skills in cooking and baking. Having been vegetarian for 10 years at one point in my life, I enjoyed creating vegan sweets and exploring plant-based cuisines. In my free time, I enjoy practicing yoga—especially vinyasa, hatha, and yin styles—spending time in nature through hiking and walking, and diving into a good book.
