Jody is originally from North Platte, Nebraska. She earned a bachelor’s degree in Nutritional Science and Psychology at the University of Nebraska, followed by her Dietetic Internship at the University of Nebraska Medical Center in Omaha, Nebraska. After her education, she moved to Colorado. As a Dietitian Jody is passionate about assisting those she serves in improving their quality of life and health.
When she is not at work, Jody enjoys running, yoga, hiking, swimming, kickboxing, reading and spending time with family and friends.
