Jonathan Condon, MS, RD, CPT has a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Nutritional Sciences (Dietetics) from Rutgers University — New Brunswick. Additionally, he completed a 1,000+ hour supervised practice rotation to become a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN). He is also an esteemed member of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics and Eating Disorder Registered Dietitian Professionals (EDRDPro). Jonathan then went back to the ‘classroom’ to hone his intuitive eating coaching skills, studying along Evelyn Tribole and Elyse Resch to become a Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor. In addition, he is a Certified Personal Trainer by the National Academy of Sports Medicine.
Jonathan offers a Health at Every Size (HAES), weight-inclusive, and Intuitive Eating approach to help individuals end body shame, develop kinder, more compassionate behaviors, heal their relationship with food, and create healthy habits.
As a Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor, Jonathan helps clients break free of the dieting cycle and eat without guilt or shame. By applying the 10 principles of Intuitive Eating, individuals are able to tune back in to the intelligence of their body to achieve authentic health. Jonathan believes in the principle of “gentle nutrition” and that habits take time to develop (“Rome was not built in a day”). He works to address the whole person, physically, mentally, and emotionally, rather than a single problem or disease state.
