Jonathan Condon, MS, RD, NASM-CPT offers a Health at Every Size (HAES), weight-inclusive, and Intuitive Eating approach to help individuals end body shame, develop kinder, more compassionate behaviors, heal their relationship with food, and create healthy habits. Jonathan believes in the principle of “gentle nutrition” and that habits take time to develop (“Rome was not built in a day”). He works to address the whole person, physically, mentally, and emotionally, rather than a single problem or disease state.
Jonathan will be your biggest hype-man on your journey and will bring empathy, curiosity, and enthusiasm to each session!
