I have a Master's in Nutritional Sciences from Oklahoma State University and my Undergraduate degree in Nutrition from Indiana University of Pennsylvania. I am a Registered Dietitian and a Certified Dietitian-Nutritionist in the state of New York.
Personally, I have 3 kids that teach me something new every day. We enjoy picking apples in Upstate New York and exploring nature. I also like to play volleyball, tennis, and am an avid runner.
