I hold a Master’s in Dietetics from Marshall University and a Bachelor’s in Human Nutrition and Foods from West Virginia University. My experience includes roles as a Performance Dietitian at Colorado University-Boulder, a Sports Nutritionist at CrossFit Omnia, and various positions in food service and clinical nutrition.
Beyond my professional work, I’m an avid outdoor enthusiast who spends much of my time cycling, trail running, and weightlifting. My passion for these activities not only fuels my personal fitness but also informs my approach to nutrition, blending my love for adventure with a commitment to health.
