I hold a Master’s in Dietetics from Marshall University and a Bachelor’s in Human Nutrition and Foods from West Virginia University. Outside of my work, I’m passionate about an active lifestyle. As someone who enjoys cycling, trail running, and weightlifting, I understand the importance of balancing nutrition with physical activity for overall well-being.
