My latest interest include hormonal imbalance in women that prevents any attempts of weight loss if not addressed properly, and blood biochemistry. I focus on identifying and addressing these underlying factors to promote overall health and well-being. I believe that optimizing your hormonal and gut health is essential for achieving balanced energy levels, desired weight and body composition, and sustainable long-term health.
