Julie is a food and wellness enthusiast who believes that personalized nutrition is the key to living vibrantly. As a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist with certifications in Culinary Medicine and Coaching, she’s known for blending science and creativity to design practical, evidence-based solutions that help people thrive.
Julie’s journey began at Oregon State University, followed by a dietetic internship in Minnesota. Since then, she’s become a respected voice in the field, speaking on a variety of nutrition topics and actively contributing to the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics.
Whether she’s crafting globally inspired, easy-to-make recipes or exploring the latest in nutrition science, Julie brings insight and curiosity to everything she does. A former marathon runner who now embraces long walks, she enjoys outdoor adventures and balances her routine with strength training.
