Hi, I’m Karey, a dietitian dedicated to helping clients build a balanced, positive relationship with food and their bodies. My mission is to empower you to make peace with food and embrace sustainable changes that enhance your health and quality of life. I focus on what you can add to your diet—not what you have to take away—steering clear of fad diets and quick fixes.
Having personally navigated digestive issues and restrictive diets, I understand how challenging these experiences can be. This, combined with my training and education as a dietitian, allows me to tailor science-backed nutrition strategies that truly fit your needs. My approach is rooted in empathy, and I strive to create a safe, supportive space where you feel heard, respected, and in control of your health journey.
I hold a Bachelor of Science from the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay and am a Certified Nutrition Support Clinician and Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor (through 7/2025). I’ve also completed Monash University’s FODMAP dietitian training. My professional experience includes outpatient care, inpatient clinical settings, dialysis, nutrition coaching for chronic conditions, and supporting individuals with disordered eating.
Outside of work, you’ll often find me volunteering at the local animal shelter, walking my dog, diving into a good book, or exploring the best coffee spots in my city.
I became a dietitian because I believe in the power of food and nutrition to transform lives, and I would be honored to help you discover that for yourself. Let’s work together to create a personalized path toward better health, balance, and peace with food.
