I became a dietitian because I have personally grown to understand the peace and freedom that comes from better understanding how to nourish ourselves. I completed my Bachelor of Nutrition and Dietetics degree from Utah State University, and completed my 1200-hour supervised practice through Garden to Table Nutrition. I’ve also worked as a clinical dietitian at a nationally-ranked hospital. My experience meeting with individuals from various backgrounds has affirmed my belief that results truly can be seen by sowing small, sustainable seeds of change. My approach to nutrition counseling is holistic and collaborative, and my goal is to empower you to feel confident in your health journey by providing evidence-based insights tailored to your unique needs. Beyond my passion for nutrition counseling, I love to trail run, garden, and share food with loved ones.
