Background
I am a Registered Dietitian and Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist. I’ve worked with patients in an outpatient setting for over three years to help them manage blood sugars, reduce A1C, get off medication and take control of their lives.
My clinical focus areas are diabetes education, Type 1 and Type 2, gestational diabetes, prediabetes, insulin dosing, meter initiation, CGM placement, and diagnostic interruption.
Outside of work, I love to be outdoors hiking, backpacking and mountaineering. I summited Mt. Rainier this past August! I also love traveling, going to concerts, baking and exploring new towns around Washington with my husband.
