I am a Registered Dietitian with a Masters in Food and Nutrition. I have worked in the clinical setting (hospital), food service, and most recently weight loss (to include supplements, GLP-1s, vegetarian, all inclusive, and more) and wellness.
I have two little ones and they keep life interesting and ever changing. I love meals that are quick and easy to make but also delicious. I always have a back up meal ready in my house for when life throws you those curve balls. And I love leftovers (no cooking!!!).
My bread and butter is teaching people that basics about food, how to eat right but make sure they are ENJOYING what they eat, and helping people be confident in their choices.
