Kate is a seasoned Registered Dietitian Nutritionist with over 24 years of experience across diverse settings. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Health and Sport Studies from Miami University and completed a coordinated Master’s in Public Health Nutrition and Dietetic Internship program at Case Western Reserve University.
In addition to her core credentials, Kate holds a Precision Nutrition Level 1 (Pn1) Certification and has specialized training through Certificates of Training in Obesity Interventions for Adults and Childhood and Adolescent Weight Management. She has also completed 15 core modules and an extensive laboratory test interpretation series through the Integrative and Functional Nutrition Academy.
By applying principles from these modules, trainings, and coursework, Kate can more accurately assess complex health concerns and design targeted, individualized treatment plans. This approach not only addresses symptoms but also aims to resolve the underlying causes, leading to more effective and lasting health improvements.
