Katie Lounsberry, RD

I was born in the midwest where I completed my schooling prior to moving to Durham, NC to finish my training as a dietitian at Duke University Hospital. Shortly after, I moved to sunny California where I spend my days reading, crossfitting, and helping my clients reach their nutrition goals. I'm motivated by success, and I love to celebrate all of the wins along your health and wellness journey!
