Hi, I’m Annie!
I’m a proud midwestern girl with a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Central Missouri (my home state) and a Master’s Degree from Louisiana Tech University. I currently live in San Antonio, Texas.
As a registered dietitian, I’ve come to understand how powerful our mindsets around food can be. I’m passionate about helping clients build a healthier relationship with food—one that supports a long, happy, and fulfilling life. I have a particular interest in working with individuals managing diabetes, and/or navigating food when starting a GLP-1 medication. I also found great joy in working with solid organ transplant patients during a previous job. I’m committed to helping each person understand their diagnosis and create a personalized care plan that fits their life.
I ask just one thing of my clients: Don’t be afraid to show up vulnerably. The more real we are, the more tailored and effective our work together can be. We’re creating a routine that works for you, and that means putting all the pieces on the table.
In my own life, routine is my anchor: I start my day with a balanced breakfast, take two daily walks with my dog, and stay active in ways that feel natural and enjoyable. I also make space for a good book or podcast, and always leave room for a sweet treat when the craving hits.
I would love to work with you!
