Background
I am a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist licensed in Illinois and Louisiana.
I obtained my Bachelor of Science in Dietetics and Nutrition from the University of Mississippi in
2011, and my Master of Science in Nutrition Services in 2014. I was the 2014 University of
Mississippi Outstanding Coordinated Graduate Student for the Department of Nutrition and Hospitality
Management. My work experience includes hospitals, rehabilitation centers, nursing homes, outpatient primary care, and
outpatient dialysis. I am passionate about nutrition education and I enjoy helping others learn how to
create a healthy lifestyle. When I am not busy on the job, I enjoy cooking healthy yet flavorful foods
alongside my husband, and letting my twin son and daughter be the taste testers.
