Helping people to understand how food and science work together in our bodies for the past 18 years has been so enjoyable. At an early age I developed a love for cooking and science. By becoming a dietitian, I have learned how to help others learn to enjoy eating well. I think having a healthy body image and knowing how to practice mindful eating can be very helpful. Balance and moderation are important. To me no food is a "bad food", but some food is for every day and some are not.
My home is in a rural area and while I adore getting outside and enjoying nature, it is a lengthy drive to the grocery store. So, meal prepping and meal planning are other areas I am competent and passionate about. Together we can develop goals that will help move you forward on your journey.
