Since my time as a collegiate rower, I have put an emphasis on nutrition as a way to fuel performance. By using the proper ratio of macronutrients, pre-practice snacks, & hydration techniques, I was able to continue breaking past PRs. I now offer resources for current athletes to help continue growing that potential.
