Background
Hi, I’m Kelly, a Registered Dietitian and Personal Trainer with a bachelor’s degree in Health Science from Merrimack College. During my time there, I also began my journey as a personal trainer. Now based in Hartford, Connecticut, I currently run my private practice online and compete in powerlifting through the USAPL and USPA.
When you work with me, you can expect a personalized approach tailored to meet you where you are and build realistic goals that fit seamlessly into your lifestyle. We’ll work together at a pace that feels comfortable for you, and I’ll challenge you appropriately to help you grow.
My expertise lies in sports nutrition and disordered eating. I focus on helping clients fuel their bodies for peak performance while moving away from diet culture and the "all-or-nothing" mentality.
In my free time, you’ll find me enjoying trail walks with my dogs, Tater and Maple (both named after foods!), or spending quality time with my fiancé and powerlifting partner, Clancy.
