Kouka Minamoto Webb, RD

Kouka is a Registered Dietitian who has extensive experience in medical nutrition therapy while treating an array of health conditions at NYU Langone, New York Presbyterian, and Mount Sinai Hospital. Kouka received her Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics and Masters of Science in Clinical Nutrition with honours from New York University.

Kouka completed her dietetic Internship at NYU and was placed at multiple in and out patient clinical facilities within NYU Langone hospital. In addition, Kouka has gained experience working as an outpatient private practice dietitian treating patients with a wide variety of behavioural and health conditions.

Kouka has witnessed first hand how critical diet can be in the overall health of her clients and she is passionate in helping them create healthy relationships with food, and prevent and treat chronic disease.
