Kristen Criscitelli, RD

Hi! I’ve been a registered dietitian nutritionist since 2010, a certified lactation counselor since 2021, and earned my FARE Pediatric Food Allergy Certification in May 2024. I completed my undergraduate degree and internship at LI University and earned my Master’s in Nutrition from Columbia University.

Throughout my career, I've worked in major health care systems across NYC, serving clients from birth through adulthood. However, over the last 10 years, I have specialized in maternal and pediatric nutrition. In addition to working with countless moms and kids, I have also worked in research. I have been awarded grants and published academic papers. My academic and clinical experience allows me to simplify complex nutrition science for all of my clients.

My main goal is to reduce the stress and confusion around all things nutrition. I want to empower you to feel confident and educated when feeding yourself (and your family). By providing personalized, science-based advice, I help you make informed decisions aligned with your unique health goals. I’m so excited to work together!
