Knowing personally how health conditions can impact quality of life, I am passionate in helping others navigate this.

I am an RD with a Bachelors of Science in Human Nutrition from The Pennsylvania State University. I have inpatient and outpatient clinical experience.

In my free time (who has that anymore?), I love to bake, travel, hike (I've climbed Mt. Fuji at night!) and mountain bike.
