Krystal George, RDN, AMFT is a Brooklyn, NY native, with a family heritage from the Caribbean. She is a master's level Registered Dietitian and Associate Marriage and Family Therapist. This passion drove her to provide nutrition counseling and wellness education classes/courses to individuals who desire a healthy, sustainable lifestyle. She received her MPH in Nutrition at Loma Linda University, as well her MS in Marital and Family therapy. Her studies allowed her to add a therapeutic lens towards health, lifestyle, and relationships. At her core, Krystal enjoys cooking, spending time with family and friends, creating content about wellness, and exploring new cities. She has also collaborated with companies such as Quaker Oats, Shape Magazine, Women's Health, Eating Well, and Food and Nutrition Magazine. Ultimately Krystal's desire is to help people live a full, and healthy life by developing sustainable lifestyle habits.
