Hi, I’m Latanya Bond, RD—a Registered Dietitian with a background in health coaching and personal training. I take a whole-person, down-to-earth approach to nutrition, meeting you exactly where you are and guiding you toward sustainable habits that support your goals, your health, and your lifestyle.
My work is grounded in evidence-based practice, but I never forget the human side of things. I’ll be your support system and your guide—helping you feel confident in your choices, whether you're navigating hormonal imbalances, managing a chronic condition, or simply trying to feel better in your body. I believe food should support your life, not control it.
Before becoming an RD, I worked as a certified health coach and personal trainer, and that experience still shapes how I work today. I care deeply about empowering people—especially women—to understand their bodies, take control of their health, and feel heard in the process.
When I’m not working with clients, you can usually find me hosting and cooking for family and friends, or staying active with swimming, skating, or indoor cycling. I bring that same energy and joy into the work I do—because health is more than numbers. It’s about feeling strong, capable, and supported.
