Laura Russell, MA, RDN, LD, CDCES I am a Registered Dietitian and Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist. I have spent my career specializing in diabetes, including pre-diabetes, type 1, type 2 and gestational diabetes. I also specialize in women's health and weight loss medications. I love helping to empower clients with the tools they need to live healthier lives. I am personable and flexible-working with clients where they are at in their health journey in a safe and non-judgmental environment. I live in the Midwest and enjoy being outdoors, trying new foods, going to sporting events and spending time with my family
