As someone who struggled with an eating disorder for over 4 years, I can confidently say that recovery and food freedom is possible. Through practice, patience, and love we are all able to create a healthy relationship with food and our bodies. I am here to support you on your journey to loving what you eat and how you feel again through mindfulness training, intuitive eating practices, diet myth debunking, and enjoyable movement. Eating should be something we enjoy and feel comfortable around, and I am here to help you find that.
