Hello! My name is Lauren Udall and I am a registered dietitian with 13 years of experience. I have worked throughout my career to help people learn more about their food choices and give them guidance about how to make healthier choices. I am a realistic dietitian who understands that perfection is impossible but small, sustainable changes lead to an overall healthier person.
I strongly believe in an “one size does not fit all” approach. During my sessions, the focus is meeting clients where they are and helping them make realistic, achievable nutrition changes. I tailor my nutrition advice based on client’s specific abilities and provide reasonable, achievable advice to help you meet your goals. I help with meal planning, recipe ideas and modifications, grocery shopping tips, adjustments to healthier products, and guidance for eating out.
I have been working with patients taking weight loss medications (GLP-1s and GLP-2s) for the last few years. I feel it is very important to help patients learn how to eat healthily while on these medications. I also offer a weight loss program that focuses on blood sugar management using CGM technology.
Outside to being a dietitian, I have a husband and three active sons. I love watching them play sports during the school year and spending time with them on the beach over the summer. I enjoy playing pickleball, reading, and cooking and baking.
