Lauren is originally from outside of Scranton, Pennsylvania, USA. She graduated with her bachelors of science in nutrition & dietetics from Penn State University. She completed her dietetics internship at Meredith College in Raleigh, NC, completing her dietitian rotations in Northeastern Pennsylvania. When the pandemic hit the world, Lauren worked as travel dietitian where she trail-blazed all over the USA, from coast to coast, working in different hospitals where she gained experience working with diverse individuals in backgrounds including clinical, geriatric, community, eating disorders, mental health & addiction. Lauren realized how much she loved both the mountains & the ocean together, spending most of her time outside, this led her to her new home of Los Angeles, CA- a place where she could appreciate the ocean & mountains together while having access to abundant opportunities. During this new move, Lauren also graduated with her Masters of Science in Ayurveda & Functional Medicine at Maharishi University of Management. It is with the whole story above that the puzzle pieces came together. Lauren then decided to honor her niche & intuition, by utilizing her work to guide those around her through the practices of mind, body & soul balance through nutrition, ayurveda & energy healing as a systematic approach to achieve optimal health. Lauren currently works part time as a kidney and liver transplant dietitian while also making time for her growing private practice.
