Hi there! I am a dietitian from the Chicagoland area. I have been a registered dietitian for 20 years, so I have been helping individuals successfully meet their health goals for quite some time! I have had a lot of experience in telehealth counseling, outpatient and inpatient nutrition counseling. To improve upon counseling and communication skills I have also taken classes to be an intrinsic health coach.
