I'm here to make transforming your life through nutrition both easy and enjoyable. Since becoming a Registered Dietitian in 2009, I've dedicated myself to simplifying the journey to good health. Food is one of my greatest passions, and I believe the secret to long-term wellness lies in what we eat most often, not in what we avoid. I emphasize simple, science-based food and behavioral strategies to help you reach your goals more effortlessly than you might imagine.

In our first session, we'll get to know each other and make sure we're aligned on expectations. We'll set clear objectives, outline an action plan, and identify easy wins. In our follow-up visits, we'll celebrate your wins, tackle any challenges, and plan for whatever life might throw your way. I'll share tools to make things easier, like new foods and recipes to try, tracking tips, and specific advice if you're dealing with a medical condition or training for a competitive event. Throughout it all, you'll have my support and accountability between sessions.
When I'm not seeing patients, I'm spending time with loved ones, trying new foods, and exploring nature—sometimes all at once. I love meeting people and learning new things about them and their cultures. I also enjoy a mindless show or movie at the end of a long day.
