An initial session with me digs deep into your goals, personal and family health history, your experiences - good and bad - navigating lifestyle changes in the past, and most importantly: why you’re motivated to make real change now.
Most people have an idea what they “should” eat, and that they “should” get physical activity and adequate sleep - but information on the internet is confusing, time is limited… and change is really hard. Regular follow-up sessions provide optimal support and accountability to stay on track.
We will celebrate successes - big and small, and assess obstacles. Nutrition Coaching is a collaborative process: I provide personalized education and guidance, and YOU get to decide which goals to tackle, when and why.
After 7 years helping patients and families eat well through cancer treatment, my belief in the importance of nurturing our bodies to promote health, and reduce illness is stronger than ever. My practice has shifted to include weight management - with and without medication, GI health, food allergies/ elimination diets, and integrative nutrition, because whatever your health journey, my goal is to empower you to find your healthiest, and most well-nourished life.
