Hi, I’m Lindsay, a registered dietitian passionate about helping women build a balanced and sustainable relationship with food. My approach is holistic, science-based, and flexible—focusing on nourishment, not restriction. Whether you’re looking to improve your energy, find food freedom, or create lasting habits, I’m here to support you with personalized guidance that fits your lifestyle.
I specialize in women's health, integrative and functional nutrition, and mindful eating. I believe that small, consistent changes lead to big results, and I’m committed to helping you feel your best—without rigid diets or food rules. Together, we’ll work on realistic strategies that align with your goals, whether that’s feeling more energized, improving your digestion, or simply making peace with food.
I earned my degree in Nutritional Sciences & Dietetics from Penn State University and have 3 years of experience in the field. Over the years, I’ve worked in both clinical and private practice settings, helping clients navigate their nutrition journeys with evidence-based strategies and a compassionate approach.
Outside of work, I love exploring new places, hiking, and practicing yoga. Travel is a huge passion of mine, and I enjoy discovering new cultures and cuisines while staying connected to a balanced lifestyle. I also love spending time with family and friends, baking, and finding new coffee spots wherever I go.
I became a dietitian because I truly believe that food has the power to transform not just our health, but our entire quality of life. My goal is to help women feel empowered in their choices, confident in their bodies, and free from the stress of dieting. If you're ready to make a change, I’d love to support you on your journey!
