Background

Balance, Variety, Moderation, Movement!

Nutrition can seem complicated, but I try my best to simplify it for you. My approach to counseling is that every client’s plan is individualized- one plan does not fit all. I pride myself in developing repour and providing a safe space for clients. My goal is to build your confidence, hold you accountable, and help you develop a sustainable plan to reach your health goals.

I received my Bachelor’s degree from California State University, Northridge and have been a Clinical Dietitian since 2011. My areas of expertise include providing one-on-one medical nutrition therapy in a wide variety of chronic diseases and health conditions such as Diabetes, Heart Disease, Renal Failure, and weight management.

I have a great understanding of how difficult it can be to change an undesirable behavior. When I work with clients, I am able to use the tools that I have learned to teach you how to modify your eating behaviors such as cognitive behavioral therapy and mindfulness techniques.

Outside of work, I love spending time with my fiancé and rescue pup Kona. Mother nature is exquisite! It’s where I find a great deal of inner peace and solitude. I lived in the mountains of the Eastern Sierra for many years where I learned to love hiking, rock climbing, paddle boarding, mountain biking, and snow activities. Being active is a large part of my life.

I hope I can help you find your solitude😊
