"As a functional nutrition dietitian, I always like to start with the client's goals and attain as much medical history as possible. It is very important to me to have a full understanding of their individual needs. Included in the history I will ask many symptom related questions such as gastrointestinal health, skin condition, sleep habits, activities and other information vital to making decisions to help get to the root cause of the client's problems."
