Lydia DeWeese, RD

Hi! My name is Lydia DeWeese, MDN, RD and founder of Find Your Fill Nutrition LLC!

I aim to provide a non-judgmental, safe space for clients from all walks of life to explore how nutrition can best support their health. My practice pairs evidence-based nutrition care with your individualized needs to find what fills you. I strive to walk alongside my clients to help them find balance, variety, and satisfaction with their meals and snacks.

As a former college and professional athlete, I have always had a passion for discovering how to fuel the body. Throughout my studies to become an RD, I’ve also learned how food connects us emotionally, helps us celebrate our cultures and so much more!

My goal is to help clients gain a deeper understanding of nutrition science and how it applies to their unique nutritional needs, develop a healthier relationship with food, and help them feel empowered to support their health via what they eat and drink.

I have dietetic experience in residential and outpatient levels of care and other work experience with sports coaching and food service. I have a B.S. in Human Biology from UW - Green Bay and completed my dietetic internship and a Master in Dietetics and Nutrition at The Ohio State University.

When I’m not working, you can find me trying out new recipes, reading, playing volleyball with my friends or crafting an endless number of projects!
