Lynsey Argota, RD

Lynsey has a passion for food and nutrition paired with a deep desire to help others improve their health.  Over the last few years the food and healthcare system in America has been exposed for not the best practices.  Lynsey has a deep understanding of the anatomy, physiology and cellular biochemistry that can help you not succumb to the medical slave sentence brought on by the food industry.  She completed her BS degree in Nutrition, Dietetics and Food Administration at CSULB.  Most of her experience is with Cardio-Metabolic disorders and eating disorders.  Lynsey has recently completed a Culinary Medicine course that got down into the nitty-gritty of the food system and how it is causing so many health complications and how to use food as medicine.  After completion of that course, she was inspired to upgrade her conventional (Pharma funded) dietary education to an Integrative and Functional Medicine Nutrition Specialist Certification.  She is currently learning how to investigate and address the nutritional related root causes of many health conditions.  She is also learning how to provide nutrition support with necessary individualized supplement recommendations.  Her focus is on helping clients reduce the inflammatory process in the body that is responsible for many health issues, along with educating them on how to source quality food that will heal their bodies.
