Background

Originally from Mississippi, I recently returned to be closer to my family and aging parents. I bring a holistic, open mind view with my extensive international experience in home health from Guatemala, Uganda, Congo, and Kenya, being the lead therapist with Spanish-speaking immigrant families in Northwest Arkansas, working in inpatient rehab settings for stroke and spinal injuries, implementing early mobility programs in ICU settings, creating and initiating antepartum/postpartum therapy in the acute setting, and building my own private practice focusing on women’s health due to my own personal experiences.

Since 2016, I've specialized in functional performance and lifestyle management- specifically women’s health; working with individuals, as well as developing programs focused on pelvic health and nutrition for all stages of life. As an Occupational Therapist, Pelvic Health Therapist, Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, Integrative and Functional Nutrition Practitioner, Registered Yoga Teacher, and Certified Trauma Informed Pelvic Health Therapist, I empower individuals to create individualized plans addressing hormone regulation, weight management, pelvic health routines, and pain management, helping them achieve sustainable, fulfilling lifestyles.
